Delete Your Dalilak Account
This page is provided by Dalilak (developer: Dalilak Team) for Google Play users who want to request account and data deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to privacy@dalelak.io from the email linked to your Dalilak account.
- Include your full name and the phone number used in your account so we can verify ownership.
- Write "Delete my Dalilak account" in your message.
- Our support team will confirm your request and complete deletion within 7 business days.

What Data Is Deleted
- Account profile data (name, email, phone number, account preferences).
- Saved addresses, favorites, and app personalization data.
- User-generated activity linked directly to your account.
What Data May Be Retained
- Transactional and billing records required for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations.
- Security logs and abuse-prevention records.
Retained records are kept for up to 90 days after account deletion request completion, unless a longer period is required by law.
